LRS Butler XP Takes On Demand Service To A New Level

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Addison, TX, May 2008 – Long Range Systems (LRS, Inc.), the inventors of the popular guest coaster pager, and innovation leader of onsite wireless paging solutions, will be introducing the Butler XP, a push for service paging system at NRA 2008.

The system raises the bar on the level of service that the hospitality industry can provide to its guests. “It’s a unique system,” said Jim Livingston, LRS’ Vice-President of Sales, “guests get service on-demand, servers or staff provide assistance immediately and more often, and as a result, revenues increase.”

The Butler XP push-for-service system gives guests control over their service experience by providing instant one-way communication. Guests can request service at their own convenience by simply pushing a button. The one-touch device then wirelessly transmits a pre-programmed customized message to a server or staff pager, and service is rendered immediately.

Ideal for poolside and beach service, this system also has its benefits in hotels, meeting rooms, and VIP lounges. According to Mr. Livingston, “With the competitive nature of the hospitality industry, customer satisfaction is important in building customer loyalty”.

As guest satisfaction increases with the convenience of service upon request and faster service, hotels and resorts also see an increase in food and drink sales, staff performance is enhanced, and labor costs are reduced with fewer servers needed per shift.

An unlimited number of units can be used at one location with the option to page one person or entire groups of servers or staff. The Butler XP is made out of heavy-duty Lexanâ that is 100% waterproof, making it ideal for indoor or outdoor use. Additional features include multiple mounting options (with optional Umbrella Clip), and choice of color.
