We are looking for dynamic individuals to join our team in the following positions:

The Full Stack Software Engineer has the responsibility to support, maintain and implement enhancements to our industry-leading solutions; design and implement software of embedded devices and systems; design, develop, code, test, and debug software systems; and analyze and enhance efficiency, stability, and scalability of system resources.

  • Develop backend/frontend in Python/Javascript (React, Vue, ...) under embedded Linux environment utilizing modern frameworks such as CherryPy, Tornado Web, Django.
  • Support global device rollouts.
  • Assist cloud platform team to update architecture and better support on-premise products.
  • Design, document, maintain, and implement new features and functionalities on the product line.
  • Develop utilities and processes for production and support of new and existing products.
  • Serve as escalation point of contact from the Customer Support team to investigate, debug, and troubleshoot systems in the field.
  • Make sound design/coding decisions while keeping customer experience in the forefront.
  • Ensure all aspects of product development follow compliance and security best practices.
  • Remain committed to continuous learning and new technology.
  • Complies with all company policies and procedures.
  • Maintains regular and punctual attendance.
  • Skilled in developing clear, well thought out technical designs taking into consideration dependencies, failure states, maintainability, testability, and ease of support.
  • Basic network protocol/knowledge (DHCP, MDNS/Bonjour, Routing, IP Tables)
  • Ability to build computer-based applications that can communicate with hardware devices.
  • Possess strong problem-solving skills – able to troubleshoot complex systems.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail.
  • Capable of collaborating with peers and cooperating with supervisors to establish an overall supportive working relationship.
  • Perform without being told what to do and bring new ideas to the company.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills to assist client in solving reported issues including network issues.
  • Must be comfortable using Linux and Windows.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in general software programming, design, testing, and documentation.
  • 2+ years Python experience with modern web frameworks such as CherryPy, Tornado, or Django.
  • 1+ year of experience in cloud environments, preferably AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
  • 1+ year frontend experience using React, Vue, or modern component-based framework.
  • Strong background in network programming and techniques.
  • Experience with revision control systems (Mostly Git, but some Subversion access may be required)
  • General Database and SQL experience.
  • Docker Experience.
  • Graduate degree a plus.
  • General C experience with focus on firmware development.
  • Development utilizing FreeRTOS.
  • Zigbee / Bluetooth stack knowledge.
  • RF knowledge

Hours:  M-F 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. occasional work in Dallas office.

  • Develop and implement human resource policies
  • Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings.
  • Process payroll
  • Manage compensation and benefit plans
  • Manage talent acquisition and recruitment processes
  • Develop and administer employee onboarding procedures
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Maintain employee files and records both electronically and in paper form
  • Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
  • Analyze data with useful HR metrics, i.e. to hire and employee turnover rates
  • Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities
  • Oversee performance management program


  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook required.
  • Excellent knowledge of employment/labor laws
  • Can successfully interface with all levels of the organization and manage data/information from multiple sources
  • Works well independently and cross-functionally as part of an established and growing team

  • Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to successfully manage multiple projects at once
  • Makes strategic and effective decisions in the best interest of our employees and our company, taking care to objectively process information.
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems (e.g. Paylocity) will be a plus
  • Aptitude in problem-solving
  • Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach


  • Minimum of 3 years proven experience and understanding as an HR Generalist
  • Four-year degree from an accredited university, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
